Affordable Dentures

An Affordable Lower Complete Denture was constructed for a 70 year old male patient.

Provisional dental crowns on lower left 1st premolar and lower left 1st molar (34 and 36 FDI Two-Digit Notation). Provisional restorations (like these dental crowns) should mimic the final fixed partial denture.

Lower Removable Partial Denture Assembled Cast Clasp for partially edentulous patient. Missing teeth are 34, 35, 36, 37 38, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48. Cast clasps on abutment teeth 33 and 43.

1 piece casting Removable Partial Denture for a 62 year-old female patient. Remaining teeth are 31, 32, 33, 34, 41, 42.

Lower Removable Partial Denture with Flexible Framework. Missing teeth are 31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43. Patient age is 52. Gender is Female.

Flexible Removable Partial Denture is not recommended to patients with perio health problems. Absence of a rigid framework especially to lower arch makes it vulnerable to develop sore spots on soft tissues. It is recommended to incorporate the flexible denture material to a metal framework to protect denture bearing soft tissues and prevent sore spots.

1-Piece Casting Clasp Retained Lower Removable Partial Denture. All clasps are extracoronal retainers on abutments. Possible disadvantages of clasp retained partial denture are:
1. Clasp can be unesthetic.
2. Caries may develop beneath clasp component especially if the patient fails to clean the denture.
